Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

If there’s something wrong with your order(defective, incorrect , or damaged etc.) , please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved then you can return the product to us with the order number. Of course we will be sending a replacement if you accept this way. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. The return products must be unopened, unused or unworn as appropriate. We offer refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 10 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed.
2,No returns or exchanges policy for customized doll.
For customized doll sales, all sales are final. There will be no return $ exchange issued due to the nature of the products. According to the law in force, the right of withdrawal excludes all goods of hygiene: underwear, cosmetics, sex toys, etc.
Before shipping, we will send the buyer a package vedio and some photos to confirm it's the right doll and the same one like ordered.
Doll orders will usually take 2-3 weeks to facilitate dependant upon manufacturer factory. You will be informed an estimated delivery time-frame once you have placed your order on our website or by email.
